Hibiscus Caribbean Bar and Grill The Hibiscus Caribbean Bar and Grill is an exciting restaurant concept for the trendy entertainment district called Brookside in Midtown Tulsa, Oklahoma owned by Vincent and Taylor LaTouche. The Hibiscus Bar & Grill is a medium sized casual and sophisticated dining lounge, emphasizing Jamaican, West Indian and Caribbean style cuisine.
We cater to lunch, afternoon (happy hour), dinner and on weekends late night crowds. The Hibiscus Bar & Grill incorporates live music and special events to create an exciting and culturally diverse dining experience. The Hibiscus Bar and Grill utilizes natural and organic ingredients to create unique and flavorful cuisine authentic to island culture. Additionally, the Hibiscus procures its ingredients from local markets and farmers when possible supporting our small farmers and businesses to increase growth in our community.
The Hibiscus Caribbean Bar and Grill offers Tulsans a trendy, fun place to have great food in a social environment. Head Chef Vincent LaTouche will be introducing our guests to his large repertoire of national and ethnic recipes, utilizing spices, flavors and ingredients native to the West Indies which will add the perfect touch of authenticity. The majority of the menu is from the chef’s recommendations whose recipes will be used to provide the customers with a diverse, but familiar dining experience.
The Hibiscus emphasizes healthy dishes, recognizing the trend within the restaurant industry for the demand for healthy and organic cuisine. We have a main stay of daily fresh juice and salads with our own custom made salad dressing and juice blends. The bar sports a wide selection of liquors and beers with exotic drink choices and mixes. Beers and wines are from both a national and international variety.
The Hibiscus offers free wifi internet services for our patrons as well as a daily music stream of soothing island and world music, as well as a high definition television broadcast of your favorite channels in our bar area. The Hibiscus will host daily happy hour events. The Hibiscus will also be highlighting and promoting local and national musicians, with daily and weekly live performances in our restaurant.
