· OXLEY NATURE CENTER: ONGOING EVENTS
JUNIOR NATURALISTS. Oxley Nature Center, located inside Mohawk Park. For nature-loving children in 3rd through 4th grades. Begins in September andruns through May. Children enjoy nature, learn how it works, and complete outdoor projects. Call the Nature Center for enrollment information: (918) 669-6644.

SATURDAY MORNING BIRD WALK. 8 a.m. Oxley Nature Center, located inside Mohawk Park. An Oxley staff member will lead a bird walk on the first Saturday of every month for all ages. Beginners are welcome. No reservations required. Bring binoculars if you have them, and meet at the Nature Center.

KIDS' SATURDAY. Oxley Nature Center, located inside Mohawk Park. The third Saturday of September through May from 10-11:30 a.m. Beginners welcome. Discovery Club: 3- to 5-year-olds, each accompanied by an adult; Adventure Club: kindergarteners through 2nd graders. Call (918) 669-6644 on or after the first Sunday of each month to register.

Night walk programs. Oxley Nature Center, located inside Mohawk Park. Small, guided groups explore the Nature Center by night, without flashlights, learning to use senses other than sight. One night each month is available for families and individuals, and another night is set aside for organized groups of six or more. Call the Nature Center at (918) 669-6644 for more information. Pre-registration is required.

Astronomy programs. Oxley Nature Center, located inside Mohawk Park. Star programs usually begin with an introduction to the constellations and star legends from many cultures. BUTTERFLIES*WINGS OF WONDER, Tulsa Zoo. This fascinating exhibit showcases a variety of native butterflies in a greenhouse environment. Continues
