Bank of Oklahoma Tower
(One William Center)

BOKf1One Williams Center
Tulsa, OK  74172
Built in 1975

This building is on the northern edge of downtown Tulsa. It was completed in 1975 and was designed by Minoru Yamasaki & Associates, the same architect who designed the World Trade Center in New York City. This structure is very similar to a single tower from the WTC and I understand some of the fixtures on the buildings were even interchangeable. The BOK Tower's lobby with the big marble walls and wall hangings are also very similar to the decor that was in the WTC.

The green shorter building to the right is the new Williams Technology Center, which was under construction when this picture was taken. The architect for this new structure is Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum of St. Louis.
