Plot Summary:
President James Marshall (Ford), his wife (Close) and daughter, and other passengers are taken hostage on Air Force One by a gang of wild-eyed Kazakhstanian separatist radicals led by the cunning Korchunov (Oldman). The president is a decorated Vietnam vet, however, who knows his way around combat and fights to subdue the hijackers and ground the plane.
